Based on\nregistrations of acoustic transmitters on hydrophones\npositioned in a fixed array, 'yaps' enables users to\nsynchronize the collected data (i.e. correcting for drift in\nthe internal clocks of the hydrophones/receivers) and\nsubsequently to estimate tracks of the tagged animals.
